Receptionist Admin Support

Greet and welcome visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate person or department
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide geneal administrative support to various department within the organization
- Assist with data entry, filling and document management
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Technical proficiency - using office equipment to perform tasks efficiently
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Being consistenly punctual and reliable as the receptionist's presence is crucual during office hours
