Bim Modeler/bim Specialist

DCA Architects Pte Ltd is a progressive architectural practice behind some of Singapore’s most prominent landmarks.

To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced **BIM Modeler/ BIM Specialist**to create BIM Design Models and documentation.

**Responsibilities**
- Create BIM Design Models and documentation in accordance with DCA procedures and standards
- Create library for projects
- Preparations of 3D visualizations / presentations
- Oversee BIM project and coordinate between BIM Modelers
- Ensure Modeling Quality Control
- Communication with project team to translate design in 3D models
- Feedback to designers about clashes and other design issues
- Keep and update drawing revisions and drawing registers
- Taking the lead in implementation of new BIM tools in our design projects
- Training and coaching of other modelers, taking care of BIM adaption in team

**Qualities and skills required**
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Revit/BIM for architectural projects with office/retail/residential experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in using REVIT
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in the responsibilities of the role
- Intermediate English, spoken and written is essential
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Performance bonus
