**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**
- Be the go-to expert for our clients, maintaining open and clear communication to align expectations.
- Build deep, long-lasting partnerships by understanding clients' unique needs and helping them achieve their business objectives.
- Proactively check in with clients to ensure they are delighted with our services and resolve any issues swiftly.
**Project Coordination & Delivery**
- Take charge of the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept to flawless execution, while ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with talented internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to bring every event vision to life.
- Use client feedback as fuel for continuous improvement, ensuring we deliver even better experiences every time.
**Event Strategy & Consultation**
- Offer strategic, creative event solutions that help clients achieve their goals and make a lasting impression.
- Guide clients through the event planning process with expert advice on logistics, production, and execution.
**Sales & Performance**
- You’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our business, contributing to sales goals by nurturing client relationships and unlocking new opportunities for revenue through exceptional service.
**Client Feedback & Continuous Improvement**
- Conduct thorough post-event debriefs to gather valuable insights, assess client satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
- Use these insights to elevate our client experience and refine processes for future success.
**Team Collaboration & Leadership**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, production, marketing) to ensure smooth, cohesive service delivery.
- Share your expertise by mentoring junior team members in client communication and service excellence.
**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in client relations or account management in the events industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex event projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and articulate client needs clearly.
- Stellar organizational and time-management skills; capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems creatively.
- Proficient in event management software and CRM tools.
- A passion for events and an unwavering client-first mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Prior experience with corporate or public events.
- Knowledge of trends and technologies in the events industry.
