We are looking for an Permanent administration Executive cum Coordinator (Children Education and Training)

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with MOE and education procedure. Must have some Coordination experience in education ( children ernichment - Coding, Robotics or Tuition etc)
- Provide overall support for co-ordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Scheduling Courses and Coordination
- Coordinate trainers/staffs and assignments, Co-ordinating with Trainers/staffs and Stakeholders / Schools etc
- Coordinate Training for new Staffs/Trainers
- Coordinate Customer service ,support and guide to trainees enquiries
- Coordinate Simple IT support to students and stakeholders
- Coordinating and organising of eco-system, internal engagements and transformation initiatives
- Provide support in the marketing and promotions of the Business Innovation Centre
- Coordinate after course and during course support.
- Coordinate and follow up with claims and collection of fee.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE N Level/Diploma in any discipline
- Prority for those having operation with robotics / Coding / Tuition centre.
- Good communication skills and with an excellent command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive and with a positive mentality, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work **independently** and as well as a team player
- Able to **lead the team** and have good initiative
- Prior operations and office administration experience preferred
- Never say die attitude
- **Able to work under pressure**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 - 34 per week
