Job Responsibilities:

- Generation, checking and filing of packing list, invoices, and delivery orders
- Generate credit note, debit note, or replacement note for goods returned, short bill etc
- Generate sales report, update web order for new products and outlet
- Check inventory balance, and order office supplied
- Ensure all sales orders are entered in timely manner and process sales orders
- Any other duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience as a Sales Admin, PC Literate
- Able to work independently and self-motivated as well as a team
- Working location: Jurong East
- Working hour: 5 working days per week, Mon - Thu, 8:30am - 6pm; Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
