The Actuarial Catastrophe Modeling department of Everest Global Services, a member of the Everest Re Group, Ltd. is looking for a Senior Cat Analyst to join our Singapore reinsurance office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Running catastrophe models and using probabilistic model output to price a significant volume of reinsurance contracts- Interacting with underwriters and brokers to provide analytical support on contracts- Writing SQL code to query cat databases- Potentially building a team of modelers for the Singapore office

Qualifications, Education & Experience:
- Bachelors or higher in a quantitative major- 3+ years of work experience in Reinsurance Cat Modeling- Experience with Verisk, RMS and other model platforms

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional problem solving skills and self-motivation- Understanding of probability, statistics, and cat model output is required- Programming/coding skills (SQL, Python, R, C#, etc.)- Excellent communication skills- Strong work ethic
