Responsibilties
- Lead in-house engineering team to carry out transportation and installation analysis and calculation for offshore wind farm project according to DNV standards and MWS requirement.
- Support T&I team for operation procedure and manual.
- Liaise with Client and 3rd party for technical clarification and verification.
- Arrange and coordinate outsourcing design house or sub-contractors.
- Technical support for heavy lift vessel, lift boat and cable laying vessel.
- Technical queries and support for new bidding project and procurement team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Naval Architect
- Min. 10 years of working experiences in Offshore Structure Design & Installation for eg. Offshore platform, Jacket & Foundation.
- Possess Wind Farm T&I Engineering experiences will be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge in the offshore industrial standards and codes.
- Familiar with engineering design tools and software to deal with drawing design, review and finalization.
- Min. 3 years of experience in leading an engineering team.
- Posses strong communication skills when interacting with both Client & Third Party.
- A Teamplayer
- Short-term travel is required.

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
