About Level Infinite- The main role of this position is to lead IEG Global's Creative Center to become the top in-house creative support team in the globe, offering studios top-notch creative and art services and support, such as key art, CG trailers, toolkits, etc., to improve the visual performance of key games while generating cost savings.**Responsibilities**: - Uphold the expression of our tiles and IPs - Partner with our studios, dev team and publishing team on creative strategies that provide thematic cohesion on cross-game tentpole moments - Produce artifacts that inform, align, and empower art, narrative, and audio - Lead and manage creatives while promoting a healthy and collaborative work environment - Presents big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques. Visualises concepts and interprets them into design - Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact our gaming business - Leads, motivates and develops the creative center - Acts a main point of contact in the team for Account Management and Project Management **Requirements**: - Bachelor degree or above; - More than 5 years of experience in the game industry, familiar with the game production pipeline process. Experience in advertising, communication or related areas from agency side is preferred; - More than 3 years of team management experience with proven leadership. - Excellent communication skills, excellent horizontal leadership and persuasion skills; - Excellent teamwork, fast learning ability, proactive and enthusiastic; - Fluency in English. Mandarin is a plus to interact with stakeholders in HQ but not a must. - Experience in working with both in-house and outsourcing/external art teams. Job Location: Singapore or Europe (UK/Netherlands/France/Germany)
