The Product Lead is a strategic role responsible for our entire product line, including managing the product department and all the product verticals.

Reporting to the CTO, the new product lead will work directly with senior management to bring the company-wide vision to fruition through the product. He/she will align our business goals with consumer needs and market demands.

The Product lead will become a strategic visionary aiding the CTO in:

- **Develop a vision **. Think of the product in mid to long terms and create, share, update, and align their vision of the product with the CTO and senior management team. They’ll have a product vision statement that acts as a guide for all the teams involved in product development.
- **Create a strategy **. Oversee product delivery by creating processes, roadmaps, and strategies to turn the company vision into reality.
- **Lead their team **. The Product Lead will lead their relevant groups - each responsible for certain product verticals - to make their vision come true. They’ll also ensure the team can translate the vision to their product teams, who will have a more hands-on approach to implementing strategies and developing the product.
- **Inspire marketing plans and promotions **. Though the product vision statement also serves as a guide for the marketing team, the Product Lead will dive deep into market, customer, and product data to establish consumer metrics and KPIs, which are essential to gauge feedback and product performance for continuous improvement.
- **Build bridges **. The Product Lead bring out the best in others, from hiring the right people and forming future leaders to creating powerful relationships with all stakeholders to deliver the best product.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience working in product leadership roles at both major internet players and startups
- Drive to create groundbreaking products, and create exponential success as part of a high performing team
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams across a variety of functional roles
- Past track record of recruiting and developing a high performing product team
- Passionate about the customers and demonstrated experience at building a relationship with them
- Experience interpreting customer needs and market trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in as fast-paced environment
- Experience leading deeply technical product plans and aligning business strategy and technology delivery
- Proven change agent and a strong strategic thinker
- Proven track record of clear communications with C-suite stakeholders and across cross-functional teams
- Data-driven method for decision making using KPIs and metrics
- Ability to converse in Mandarin and English is a must for this position
