**Responsibilities**:
- Own the digital ad ops process from from media plan review to aligning on campaign builds, placement names, and tag deliveries, working closely with media strategy, martech teams, and digital traffickers
- Leverage internal tools for naming convention taxonomy, ensuring all elements of campaign naming align with business objectives
- Review campaign data in internal dashboards and align on remediation efforts with martech teams
- Work closely with the Regional Acquisition Marketing team to align regularly on performance & spend levels in order to accurately fulfill billing functions (ex. Financial accruals and Invoice tracking)
- Report and present strategic insights that can be leveraged across the team such as best performing messaging, audiences, and ad types.
- Work closely with the internal Buying team to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly & optimized towards the campaign goal.
**Job Requirements**
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience across a range of digital channels and ad operations; media agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience with multi-country international media strategy & campaign management a plus
- Solid understanding of media concepts, terminology, attribution, and ad tracking
- Experience working with conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager and buying platform pixels) and mobile marketing attribution partners (such as Kochava, AppsFlyer)
- Experience and understanding of paid social, programmatic, and SEM buying platforms (demand side platforms, Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) is required.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical skills a plus
- Reasonable availability to respond to requests and monitor/optimize campaigns outside normal business hours as needed
