**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Marketing**:Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and products. Analyze sales data and customer trends to maximize revenue opportunities.
- **Inventory Management**:Oversee inventory levels of beauty products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and maintaining vendor relationships for supply procurement.
- **Compliance and Safety**:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- **Service Development**:Stay updated on industry trends and emerging treatments. Introduce new services and promotions to attract and retain clients.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:A degree or diploma in business management, cosmetology, or a related field is often preferred.
- **Certification**:Relevant beauty therapy or management certifications may be required, depending on the services offered.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or wellness industry is essential.
- Experience as a beauty therapist or esthetician may be advantageous.
