Team Introduction
The team is responsible for the user knowledge base management of products. It aims to guide platform users to learn platform knowledge more intelligently and easily through professional content and training programs. The goal is to optimize users' online learning experience and results.

**The role**:
We are looking for a Global Product Trainer in developing and delivering technical training programs and materials on platform knowledge for existing and new users. To be successful as a Global Product Trainer, you should have proven records in building technical training programs and materials, initiating new strategies to improve existing training programs and working with stakeholders to ensure training programs reflect the latest features and functionality of the platform offerings.

**What you will be doing**:
1. Design, develop and provide technical training programs and materials for platforms for users to master the different features and functions.
2. Optimise training material, technical instructions web-based training material (online videos) and conduct live training sessions for users.
3. identify training needs and develop training strategies based on user behaviours and task needs, and continuously optimize interactive learning design and online teaching methods.
4. Responsible for using different online learning tools to optimize users' online learning journey experience, and to improve users' knowledge transformation effect.

**Qualifications**:
**What you should have**:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree in a business field with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Trainer or in a similar position is required;
- Proven records in delivering technical training programs, technical writing and setting up user manuals;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
