Head of Rehab

**JOB LOCATION**: 101 Pasir Ris Road, Singapore 519154

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Plan and conduct monthly clinical supervision to elevate the quality of service and deliverables of the Rehab Unit of the Home, which includes Caseworkers, Programme Executive, Positive Behavioural Strategist and Interns.
- Review of case management, programme and behavioural management policy in accordance with MSF guidelines.
- Administration duties to ensure records are in order according to MSF licensing guidelines, i.e, monthly counselling muster, timely review of case progress, report vetting, etc.
- Attend Court Cases, Inter-disciplinary/Inter-agencies Conferences at Ministry of Social Family Development (MSF) and or/other organizations.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Degree, preferably in Social Work & Psychology
- At least 5 years of Management Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
