The expectation is that the region is built into a more strategic and revenue generating part of the global Executive Search team.
- Help to build the brand awareness of CAA Executive Search in the region
- Develop business with clients in the region
- Build out a business development pipeline in the region
- Deliver on search assignments in the region
- Communicate with the broader global team on assignments where expertise can be shared
- Execute on introductions made to executives in the region
- Help to build out the business strategy in the region
- Support the Global Search group

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the Asia/Pac market
- Experience in recruitment in the region
- 6-12 Years Experience
- A knowledge/understanding of the sports/media/entertainment market preferred
- Experience developing business with sports/media/entertainment companies in the region preferred
