**Key Responsibilities** About the Role**

This position is part of the Digital and Automation team, tasked with delivering automation and digitization solutions through RPA and Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps and Power Automate) to streamline and enhance business operations.
- Work closely with Technology Business Partner and business to understand existing operation processes and assess areas for automation and digitization improvements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to identify scope for and map out the To-Be process enabled by automation.
- Co-create and review business requirement documents.
- Engage and collaborate with relevant supporting function teams (e.g. software engineers, supporting vendors, architect, infrastructure) on planning, design, solution and implementation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.
- Manage issues and risks associated with the projects, including balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
- Conduct test case preparation and QA testing to ensure solutions meet standards and requirements.
- Manage communication with stakeholders to provide timely updates.
- Maintain and organize project information and data in designated repository with proper control and governance.
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance.
- Foster an automation community within the organization by sharing knowledge and best practices on various automation tools with team members and stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in System Information, Computer Science, or equivalent Information Technology disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of Business and / or Systems Analyst or IT Project Management experiences
- Proven experience in analyzing business requirements and process mapping.
- Possess analytical, systems analysis and solutioning skills.
- Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Proficiency in one or more test automation frameworks is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working on automation projects is highly desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for different level of stakeholders' management
- Able to work independently and interact and work effectively across functional teams
- Experience in the aviation industry would be advantageous.
