**Roles & Responsibilities**

This position is responsible for the planning and direction of the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages. The Restaurant Manager works with chefs and other personnel to plan menus, provision and purchase supplies for operation use, estimate food and beverage costs, perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of practice and service.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or Professional certification.

2. Experience working in the restaurant industry or a similar role

3. Extensive food and wine knowledge

4. Computer literacy, familiarity with restaurant management software

5. Experience in event planning

6. Strong leadership and people skills

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

8. Able to address customer complaints professionally

9. Bookkeeping knowledge
