**Roles & Responsibilities**

This position is responsible for the planning and direction of the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages. The Restaurant Manager works with chefs and other personnel to plan menus, provision and purchase supplies for operation use, estimate food and beverage costs, perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of practice and service.

3. Deliver superior food and beverage service

4. Estimate consumption, forecast requirements

5. Manage restaurant supplies and maintain inventory

9. Develop the overall restaurant marketing

10. Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints

11. Hire new employees, manage and lead staff

12. Train and evaluate staff performance

15. Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or Professional certification.

2. Experience working in the restaurant industry or a similar role

3. Extensive food and wine knowledge

4. Computer literacy, familiarity with restaurant management software

5. Experience in event planning

6. Strong leadership and people skills

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

8. Able to address customer complaints professionally

9. Bookkeeping knowledge
