The Principal Analyst Supply Chain will report to Lead supply chain.

**Job Overview**:
The primary role of the Supply Chain Analyst is to support the factory in terms of the PLAN, MAKE & DELIVER function. The Analyst is to serve as the relationship and communication focal point for Supply Chain topics with both the ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) & Fabrication.
Aligned with Customer delivery commits and meeting organizational KPI on business goals, the analyst will interface between Sales & Fab in achieving Customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery & meeting organizational KPIs.
The Integrated Planning position will also support the overall project management team for the new FAB start-up, ensuring ISC requirements are met, schedules updates, forecast to complete and variance identification.

KPI: OTD, Shipment accuracy, Demand & Supply optimization, etc.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Supporting in all Supply Chain and Operations procedures
- Liaise with stakeholders and achieve order fulfillment & meeting on-time delivery (OTD) goals.
- Demand & Supply Synchronization: Focusing on the customer’s forecast horizon, ensure that customer demand mix, scope and prioritization are fully comprehended, and supply response is appropriate.
- Manage WIP inventory level, aging, excess and obsolesces.
- Provide early warning on delivery and facilitate recovery planning actions & execution.
- Proficient in supply chain process & problem-solving skill, support Planning system integration & rollout.
- Delivery KPIs, Metric and Identify Areas of Risk, Drive Analysis.
- Take ownership, lead projects and work with various stakeholders & functional teams, ensuring business requirements are captured and met.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Managements is required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Good Analytical Skills (forecasting, data mining, data and metrics interpreting, reporting, troubleshooting, brainstorming)
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional, team environment is a plus
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, particularly excel
- Good work attitude and willingness to learn and take up new responsibilities is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight timeless is required.
- Ability to act with a strong sense of urgency with excellent follow-up for resolution is crucial.
