Two principles we embrace form the basis of our day to day running of our Student Care Centres. They are:

- to provide a level of care good enough for our own children without special arrangements.

Your roles and responsibilities includes:

- To support Kindergarten Care operations
- To ensure a safe, hygienic and conducive Kindegarten Care environment
- To serve lunch and tea breaks
- To perform housekeeping duty, including cleaning and washing
- To assist programme staff in teaching and coaching
- To assist teachers when engaging students, parents, colleagues and stakeholders
- To assist when facilitating activities, programme and discussion
- To assist and learn how to handle difficult parents and students
- To assist and learn how to execute a lesson plan effectively

We strongly believe in staff training and development. On average you will receive 72 hours of training a year
