Are you a current Tertairy Student, wanting to help guide youths to explore possible meaningful careers for themselves? Join us as a Youth Guidance Associate (YGA) at The Astronauts Collective (TAC), and contribute to something bigger

TAC is a charity that empowers and guides the youth of Singapore towards meaningful careers. As a YGA, you will play a crucial role in this journey:

- A **Buddy**: You'll be a friendly companion for youths from all backgrounds, as you journey and explore the world of work together
- A **Guide**: You'll support fellow youths to deepen insights, develop skills and build connections towards meaningful careers
- A **Role Model**: You'll be a positive example of an explorer - to be curious, open-minded and reflective in exploring the world of work

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Freelance, Student job
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (required)

**Experience**:

- facilitation: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
