**What the role is**

Senior Analytics Manager, GeoSpatial Data Science & Technology

**What you will be working on**

We are seeking a proactive and capable technical manager to lead a team of data engineers in the delivery and maintenance of the SLA data platform. The technical manager will work with different business and operations to drive the successful adoption and growth of the data platform

Work responsibilities includes:
Lead a team to collaborate with various stakeholders such as business units, IT teams and vendors to:

- define business requirements for the enterprise data platforms
- identify and implement necessary changes to data, business processes and systems to achieve data harmonisation and consolidation
- manage and deploy the data platform solution(s)
- Support SLA in all new and existing system's data architecture and design.

**What we are looking for**
- Background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or similar area of study.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience in IT. At least 3 years in designing, implementation and maintenance of data warehouse projects, analytics platforms, system analysis and design, and ETL.
- Familiar with WOG infrastructure and AIAS design requirements
- Has implementation experience in GCC, GCC+, GPC, GDC or LDC for SG government agencies
- Has functioned as a business analyst or similar role for requirements collection, definition and business to technical design for at least 2 years.
- Has at least 2 years experience designing, implementing and/or providing consultation for data management and governance
- Preferably with experience in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining various types of data architecture.
- Preferably with experience in GIS projects, GIS software and Business Intelligence software (e.g. QlikView, Tableau, Microstrategy).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Able to relate technical information to business requirements and demands.
- Resourceful and proactive, ability to propose alternate solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
