**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement welding procedures, including conducting qualification training.
- Identify and resolve welding-related quality and productivity concerns by collaborating with production teams and customers.
- Provide technical support to production regarding welding standards and processes.
- Conduct periodic inspections to verify compliance with customer specifications, industry codes, and quality standards.
- Supervise and guide technical staff in performing inspections, ensuring adherence to welding procedures, and assessing weld quality.
- Communicate with clients, engineering teams, and external agencies to exchange technical insights and offer expert advice on welding-related matters.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in welding procedure development, qualification testing, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with API, ASME, ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Possesses International Welding Engineer qualification
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or CSWIP certification is preferred.
