**Job Overview**

The Warehouse Sorter is responsible for sorting clothes and other laundry items accurately and efficiently to ensure each customer's order is processed correctly. This role is vital in maintaining the flow of operations within the laundry factory, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sorting and Organizing**
- Sort laundry items based on customer orders.
- Ensure that all items are sorted accurately and efficiently to maintain workflow.

**2. Quality Control**
- Inspect clothes for any damages, stains, or items that require special handling.
- Ensure that all sorted items meet the quality standards of the laundry factory.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.

**3. Packaging and Distribution**
- Pack sorted clothes into designated containers or racks for further processing or delivery.
- Label and record sorted items accurately for inventory and tracking purposes.
- Prepare sorted items for dispatch to the appropriate customer.

**4. Safety and Cleanliness**
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of sorting equipment and workspaces.

**5. Team Collaboration**
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers to address any issues or concerns.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a warehouse or laundry setting is preferred but not required.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and handling of laundry items.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal communication skills to work effectively with team members.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
