**Responsibilities**
- Understand competitive landscape in respective local markets (Southeast Asia especially Indonesia), discover market insights and identify customer pain points
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary product contact for queries related to the product.
- Responsible for planning and conducting project kick-off meetings, developing detailed project plans, and establishing a framework for the management of on-going project activities.
- Manage and overall product execution, productivity, and customer-service standards.
- Ensure accurate recollection of decisions for internal, cross-market and external business meetings
- Ensure all decisions are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Understand user mindset and behaviour thru research, observation, data-mining and E2E testing
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of the project plan
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs by minimising project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Address and resolve all risk related issues, ensuring swift resolution within acceptable time frames

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of deep relevant experience in IT/ Internet/ Mobile industry
- Bachelor degree holder and above, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
- Prior experience working in Indonesia as a Product Manager will be an advantage
- Proven working experience in project management
- Proven leadership ability to influence C-level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong work ethics
- Excellent command in Mandarin proficiency (daily communication with C-level and counterparts from China).
