**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the Group's overall business goals and objectives, focusing on enhancing manufacturing footprint, operational performance, minimizing costs, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Drive initiatives to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts and overstock situations and improve inventory turnover ratios while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal departments, to drive collaboration, innovation, and value creation across the supply chain network.
- Streamline logistics operations, including production facilities, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and manufacturing, to align supply chain activities with demand forecasts, sales projections, and production plans, ensuring synchronization and alignment across the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements affecting the supply chain landscape. Proactively identify risks and opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, supply chain management, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications in APICS, CSCP, and CPIM are preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in supply chain leadership roles, with hands-on experience developing and implementing supply chain strategies, processes, and systems in a complex, global environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve high performance and deliver results.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and advanced analytics tools preferred.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements in supply chain management, logistics and procurement.
