**Responsibilities**:
Focus on driving test yield and product reliability at product introduction which allows for rapid production ramp and early time to market. Your primary areas of responsibility will use a combination of electrical and physical characterization techniques combined with statistical analysis to identify physical defects introduced by process level. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating and coordinating backend yield improvement activities with Management, Product, Process, Quality, and Test Engineering

These includes
1. Development of Micromate coding for Electrical Failure Analysis
2. Supporting Burn EFA analysis and recommending coverage at burn/probe
3. Recommending layout changes where necessary to improve overall yield.
4. Recommending force fail/downgrade criteria to improve overall burn yield.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's or equivalent experience, or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science.
- Proven experience as a great team player with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong drive to excel.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively in large meetings.
- Highly motivated individuals with a passion for innovation and excellence.
- Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of DRAM/HBM devices and knowledge of Fab processes is a desirable asset.
- Ability to support shift rotation as required to meet operational needs.
