Apple is now seeking for an extraordinary Facilities Technical Support to support the growing team in Singapore. As a Facilities Technical Support, you will hold a strong emphasis in running site operations critical to ensuring consistent delivery and the highest performance levels for Soft & Hard Services. You will have the ability to harmonize with Apple corporate business functions & Customers at all levels and provide multiple structured and/or ad-hoc timely and accurate status reporting the next level.

Accountability for coordinating and supporting Real Estate & Development (RE&D) operations to include: - Assist with all day to day facility operations (soft
- and hard services), ensuring open issues are dealt with in a timely manner - Manage Landlords/Vendors requests for document authorisation - Support Facility Managers with any ad hoc requests - Liaise with internal business units and service providers - Compliance and operation requirements are essential - Conduct Facilities contract reviews as directed - Handle inquiries regarding RE&D related site services - Build effective working relationships with customers, colleagues and service partners - Administration of RE&D tools, procedures, records, and policies including invoicing - Identify and develop opportunities for continuous operations improvement - Ability to perform other functional duties as directed & required - Ensure that all maintenance has been completed in accordance with the PPM schedule - Being able to work independently and thoroughly

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 5+ years in Facility Management or related field
- Contract/Operations Management experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Related experience, including high-end corporate office environment preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to connect with dispersed internal/external teams
- Experience with Space Management/Churn Projects an advantage
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about Customer Services and end-user experience
- Self starter and capable individual contributor
- Project Management experience an advantage
