We are seeking a qualified and experienced Property Valuation Consultant to support the Asia Pacific Division.

***Responsibilities**:
This position will be responsible for supporting FM Global personnel and clients with property valuation services in the Asia Pacific region and may be based in either Singapore, Melbourne or Sydney. This support largely includes completing replacement cost evaluation for client property insured, as well as reviewing property valuation work completed by third-party valuation providers. A strong rapport will be established with our client base within their assigned areas to better understand and anticipate client needs. Additionally, will assist and liaise with Staff Appraisal Services Group as needed to provide data for modelling estimates, special projects, and ensure consistency between all property consultants. Will provide training instruction to clients and FM Global personnel related to property valuation as well as train newer Property Valuation Consultants as needed to ensure consistency and proficiency.

Travel expectation is 50% of the time.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, mathematics, real estate, or other applicable area
- At least eight years of experience

**Skills**:

- Experience with real and personal property valuation, including building construction and machinery identification, along with an ability to understand complex manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
- Proficient use of MS Office programs
- Self-starter and able to handle ad hoc assignments
- Licensed appraiser and / or be a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers
