Job description Location: Changi Airport - Airside 2 months (Dec - Feb 2025) $12 - $13/hr 0600 - 0900 and/or 1500 - 2300 daily Job Scope: Observe and record flight operations data into iPad Approach respondents to obtain feedback on satisfaction (Up to 5 questions) Job requirements and expectations: Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably Proficient in the use of iPad/Android Tablet Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisor timely Past experience in market research, surveying or interviewing respondents or customer service would be beneficial Good communication and interpersonal skills Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between) Able to commit at least 15 days a month, including 4 weekend days **Job Types**: Part-time, Contract Contract length: 2 months Pay: $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 per week Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus **Experience**: - market research: 1 year (preferred) - Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
