**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To check LC draft against Sales confirmation & Performa Invoice prior to issuance by customers.
- To handle Import and Export LCs, Performance Guarantee, Bills for Collections
- To prepare Invoice, Packing List, Shipping advice etc, as per export LCs requirements for document submission for negotiation.
- To perform detailed checks to ensure that trade documentations contain no discrepancies and closely follow up with Sales team and Bank in a timely manner.
- To support Sales team in their queries relating to Trade Finance Operations.
- To update payment date and DHL number in the worksheet promptly.
- To provide support for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) if any.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Knowledge in LC and UCP regulations would be advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SAP accounting system is advantageous.
- Past experience in handling BL, certificate of Origin, Insurance, etc.
- Ability to multi task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
