Regional IT; Responsible for Overall Coordination; Status Reporting & Stability of Complex & Cross-Functional Project Oriented Work Efforts; Manages Multiple Projects Simultaneously; Leads Project Activities through Meeting Facilitation; Managing Project Scope & Communicating Progress; Assists in the Development of Business Cases; Financial Analysis & all Aspects of Costing; & Managing Project Financials; Develops & Manages Project Budgets & Spending; Drafts & Reviews Documentation in Compliance with the Fedex Global Development Process; & Ensures all Project Deliverables are in Compliance with the Fedex Global Development Process; May Develop & or Execute Test Scripts Against Requirements; Provides Mentoring for Those in Less Senior Positions

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct such training courses for new hires, recurrency, and upskilling purposes
- Partner with IT and Product Management, Technical and Solution Architects, QA Leads, UX Leads, and various SMEs to capture, institutionalize, and make accessible their knowledge and guidance to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization
- Maintain a well-organized and accessible virtual library of reference material and learning artifacts for ease of access on-demand

**Skill Set & Qualification**
- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience in Java based Enterprise Application Development and Testing
- A passion for learning, organizing and cataloguing knowledge, and teaching with at least 2 years technical teaching experience
- Hands on experience in the following or similar technology stack:

- Java, Spring framework, Kafka, Hazelcast/Redis, Gitlab, PaaS/IaaS based cloud platforms such as PCF, AWS, Azure etc.
- Familiarity with Test Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development, Junit, Consumer Driven Contract Testing, Jenkins Continuous Integration and best practices of Continuous Delivery.
- Familiarity with RDBMS technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, Postgres and ORM technologies like JPA and Hibernate and good to have experience in no-sql database technologies such as Datastax Cassandra, Couchbase and Hadoop.
- Hands-on in Linux environment
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile development methodology or traditional Agile methodology in a “team of teams” construct. Practical knowledge in Scrum/XP/Kanban.
- Recommended/Preferred Certifications:

- SAFe certification courses: SAFe for Teams / Implementing SAFe
- Oracle Certified Java Professional / Oracle Certified Web Component
- Any certification in Spring Cloud and Kafka (Apache/Confluent)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
