**We're looking for a **Law Enforcement Response Specialist **to join the Law Enforcement Operations team

**As a Specialist with the Law Enforcement Operations team, you will review, index, and process all levels of legal requests from US and non-US law enforcement, as well as drive successful projects and tooling initiatives. Working from our Singapore office, you’ll collaborate with the cross-functional partners to assist law enforcement and protect Snapchatters.**
**What you’ll do**:

- **Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from US and non-US law enforcement**
- **Review team members’ work product and provide feedback as a core part of the role**
- **Participate in on-call rotation for law enforcement emergency requests and internal escalations, which includes working some weekends**
- **Enhance our operational workflows via process and policy improvements**
- **Lead internal training sessions on an as-needed basis**

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:

- **Strong attention to detail, with ability to accurately analyze lengthy legal documents**
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**
- **Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with mínimal oversight**
- **Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills**
- **Ability to organize and prioritize assignments effectively**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree or job related equivalent experience in lieu of degree**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience working directly with law enforcement in a professional setting**
- **Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the company**
- **Previous experience reviewing sensitive content (e.g. in a moderation-related role)**
