Executive, Office of Value-driven Care

Reporting to the Manager, you will support the formulation and implementation of strategies in inculcating a value-conscious culture of healthcare delivery across the cluster. In your role, you will assist to coordinate value-driven care efforts by facilitating cross-sharing and joint learning in order to achieve improvements in the value of healthcare delivered to patients. You will work closely with the clinical teams and be involved in developing and implementing initiatives to facilitate the delivery of high value care.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Proficiency with Tableau would be an advantage
- Knowledge in process improvement methodologies, tools and techniques, such as design thinking, lean and six-sigma, would be a strong advantage
- Prior experience in healthcare would be an added advantage.
- Independent worker who takes initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
