**Packaging Line Operator - $1800- $2200

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**As a Packaging Line Operator, you’ll serve as an important team member supporting the Operations Assistant, ensuring our machines are running properly throughout the job. You must be able to work safely in a fast-paced, production environment. You play a critical part in building strong, lasting relationships with our customers.**

**Tasks include all aspects of operating a packaging line, namely**:

- **Unloading the truck and setting up equipment in the morning, as well as breaking down and packing up the equipment securely at the end of the day**:

- **Mixing sanitizing chemicals and thoroughly cleaning equipment**:

- **Enforcing quality control, efficiency, and accurate statistical tracking**:

- **Collaborating with brewery owners, head brewers, and all brewery staff**:

- **Learning to operate heavy packaging machinery effectively and safely**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Mechanically Inclined: Equipment doesn’t always work as it should. You will be taught how to troubleshoot issues and make on-site adjustments/repairs. Eventually doing it yourself.**:

- **Physically Fit: Lifitng, coordination, and endurance. You’ll need carry 25 kilos, assist with moving heavy items, stay on your feet for up to 12-hour shifts, and perform countless other physical tasks.**:

- **Schedule Flexibility: Every week can be different, depending on the customers scheduled and jobs to be done.**:

- **Quality Focused: Quality is job 1. This is how we offer a superior packaging experience for our customers.**:

- **Attention to Detail - you are the last person to see the product before it goes out. We must make sure we maintain a consistent product and is up to manufacturing standards.**

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
**While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The team member is occasionally exposed to a variety of conditions at job sites including loud noise, high and low temperatures and small working areas. Physical demands**:

- **Ability to continuously stand or walk.**:

- **Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently.**:

- **Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds occasionally.
