**About the role - you will**:
You will be responsible for
- Support the planning and implementation of employee well-being programs which includes but not limited to developing the program marketing and communication materials. This requires you to learn how to manage timeline, stakeholder and resources.
- Identify and develop new channels of communication on HR policies and programs
- Assist in the updating of policies on HR Portal
- Provide support in areas of HR metrics, reporting & visualization of data
- Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices
- Support day-to-day HR/Admin operations
- Other duties as assigned

You will have a taste of both the manufacturing and R&D environment that requires different strokes for each program that we introduce. This will test your ability to adapt and to think from different angles.

**About you**:

- Able to understand data, trends and present reports to make actionable decisions
- Creative and enjoys thinking out of the box has a flair in communication design
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
- Familiar with creative content production tools (E.g. Canva)

**Your experience includes**:

- Passionate about HR marketing, communication and analytics
- Students currently studying/ enrolling for Diploma or Degree (Internal Comms or HR)
- Able to commit at least 4 to 6 months on a full-time basis;
