- Integrate and oversee robotic automation and cobot systems in production.
- Develop and optimize machining processes to improve quality and reduce cycle times.
- Troubleshoot machine and automation issues, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams for process improvements.
- Train and mentor CNC machinists and operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control regulations.
- To provide support in production activities ensuring that all manufacturing orders job are meeting to CNC machining process WI.
- To provide guidance and training to junior or new machinist.
- To involve and support in CNC continuous programming improvement and reduction of machining cycle time.
- Lays out work, sets up, and operates computer numeric control (CNC) lathes to perform machining operations according to manufacturing orders and drawing required tolerances and specifications.
