**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Description**:

- Troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
- Establish effective preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide.
- Setup effective detection and monitor system to prevent equipment excursion.
- Coordinate and drive new equipment hookup, startup and release.
- Monitor and control equipment performance indices. Optimize PM procedures to make it more effective and efficient
- Coordinate with both process and manufacturing Engineers to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet equipment capacity.
- Forecast and budget on equipment upkeep and any other related expenditures
- Establish Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans for all equipment and optimize PM for quality and cost
- Liaise with vendors to resolve equipment issues and improve equipment performance
- Provide training and guidance to Engineers and Associate Engineers to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
- Responsible for documentation
- Perform fab audit &ensure good housekeeping and safety practices in the Fab

**Requirements**:

- Degree in relevant engineering major.
- Minimum of 5 years of Semiconductor process engineering experience in Photo equipment and preferably in 200mm wafer Fab.
- Cannon Stepper or DNS Track Tool Owner experience is required.
