We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing, high impact team in our office in Singapore.

Tasks
- Prepare Sygnum Singapore’s financials in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Prepare and ensure timely Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulatory reporting
- Contribute to the financial steering of Sygnum’s Singapore businesses through planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Responsible for the Company’s Payment system and connected matters, and ensure its compliance with the Singapore’s Payment Services Act
- Track Company’s performance against financial plans and provide supporting commentary
- Prepare and develop quality management reports of the Singapore business to relevant internal committees
- Work closely with Finance team in Zurich to coordinate deliverables and adhoc requests
- Foster automation and deployment of an efficient finance set-up

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a bank. Any prior experience in a digital asset environment will be an advantage.
- Several years of experience in MAS reporting
- Profound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- CFA or equivalent certification is preferred
- You are passionate about finance and understand the importance of supporting functions in driving business results
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
