- As a SysOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical assistance and resolving complex issues to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of CRIF BizInsights platforms.**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, plan, and enhance existing Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.
- Administer cloud-based infrastructure deployment such as provisioning/de-provisioning of resources, maintaining security posture, user administration, monitoring computing resource utilization, network setup, backup/restore, and incident management.
- Configuring and maintaining backup, monitoring, and alerting systems
- Testing Disaster Recovery (DR) and business continuity SOP to make sure processes are working.
- Perform monthly system patching and regular maintenance of servers.
- Manage the CI/CD pipeline.
- Get involved in and participate in infrastructure cost analysis and optimization efforts.
- Prepare monthly report of log reviews for management to sign off.
- Work and implement IT policies with global IT security professionals located worldwide.

**Requirements**: Must have**:

- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as Cloud/DevOps/SysOps engineer
- Experienced with cloud services such (AWS)
- Proficiency with Linux (i.e., Ubuntu, AWS Linux)
- Familiar with scripting (i.e., Bash, Python)
- Familiar with AWS basic services, such as EC2, RDS, ELB, IAM
- Experienced in CI/CD and Container Infrastructure such as GitLab, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

**Good to have**:

- Have a good understanding in User Access Control
- Basic understanding of network and network security
- Good to have knowledge with other cloud providers (i.e GCP, Azure)
- Understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures in cloud environments.
- Development or coding background in any one language is preferred.
