Our client is a leading global systems integrator with a strong and growing presence throughout APAC. As part of their continuous expansion plans, we are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager, based in Singapore (Hybrid). The individual will work as part of the regional teams and primarily be required to handle sales of outsourced IT professional services covering very diverse IT skills to large clients.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**
- Owner of the features and capabilities for digital products required to deliver the business value and achieve target KPIs.
- Keeping the digital platforms updated with latest features based on stakeholder feedback, market trends and emerging technology solutions.
- Planning the product release schedule and backlog
- Evangelizing the product vision to internal/external stakeholders
- Aligning the digital roadmap with business strategy and seek necessary support
- Responsible for implementation within time, scope, cost, quality criteria set in business case
- Manage Risks and Issues prioritization for resolution
- Lead, facilitate and chair regular project meetings and follow up with team members as required to focus on business and operational issues or technical issues, documenting, assigning and monitoring all project issues to ensure clearance with mínimal impact to project progress.
- Provide input to Steering Committee Meeting.
- Adopt and share standards, tools, best practices, principles for cost, quality and productivity improvement
- Achieve usability, capability, availability targets for digital assets
- Improve customer experience, App ratings
- Achieve Straight thru processing rates for buy, service, claims
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across group functions, multiple business units and vendors as required for a given product.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 - 6 years’ experience in handling IT services and recruitment.
- Active in Sales or recruitment activity in the IT area and have extensive knowledge of the country market.
- Proven track record and ability to open new accounts, account Management, and hands-on support for the recruitment process.
- Prepared to deliver on performance targets in a competitive marketplace.
- Good communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Other Desired Skills & Experience: Negotiation, Lead Generation, Microsoft Excel, Business Acumen, Marketing, B2B, Manage IT staffing, Consulting, Business Development, Professional Services, Staffing, Staff Augmentation & Interpersonal Skills.
- Broad level understanding of technologies like SAP, Microsoft, Infrastructure, Digital would be an added advantage.
