- Facilitate and manage delivery of the digital projects that integrate creative and technical solutions
- Produce and manage detailed project plans, resource and cost estimates based on the requirements gathered during the pre-production phase, tracking tasks, resources and risks throughout production phases
- Cover requirement gathering to resource/budgetary control and workflow management
- Help manage internal and external creative/technical resources to design, develop the assigned digital projects and/or maintain web operations
- Work closely with the business & creative team, and media & publishing partners in planning highly digital solutions across various platforms
- Able to identify gaps in the progress of a project and anticipate making critical adjustments to ensure on-time delivery
- Develop relevant technical documentation to support the project deliverables

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, e-Business Engineering or Computer Science
- At least two years’ experience in an interactive/integrated agency or equivalent
- Digital/Integrated project management experience is essential
- Experience with managing multiple simultaneous projects, optimizing resources within given resources, budget and schedule
- Good project management, communication, requirements gathering, documentation, and organization skills with an outstanding attention to detail
- Familiar with publishing platforms including DoubleClick Studio and Sizmek/MediaMind
