**Job Overview**:
As a HR Assistant, you will assist with a variety of tasks including administrative duties, work pass management, employee onboarding and offboarding, document organization, and supporting HR projects and initiatives. You will also help ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, contributing to the smooth execution of HR functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform administrative duties to support daily HR operations.
- Update and notify relevant stakeholders about changes or updates in employee work pass status.
- Receive, deliver, print, scan, and organize HR documents and materials.
- Maintain and update hard copy P-FILEs systematically.
- Support HR initiatives and transformation projects based on the designated work plan.
- Participate in and support various HR projects as required.
- Maintain compliance with legal requirements and company protocols.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support activities related to performance appraisals, learning and development, employee database management, and benefits administration.
- Document and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
