We are looking for an experienced brand copywriter and copy editor to join our team of marketing writers to ensure copy on all platforms adheres to brand guidelines and is free from errors.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers, PR, SEO and other team members on marketing projects

Conduct high-quality research and interviews

Ensure that content adheres to the in-house style guide

Stay abreast of the latest media trends and content best practices

Compile and update style guides as required

Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines

Edit and proofread copy to ensure that they are error free and optimized for conversion

Skills we’re looking for

Content and structural editing
- Able to convey information clearly and in correct hierarchy, with excellent information architecture;
Able to edit for conversion optimization

Experience in both branded and direct response copywriting ideal

Copy and line editing
- Flawless grammar

Polished writing style and ability to follow brand voice

Detail-oriented; able to spot errors and ensure consistent adherence to brand style guide

Highly organized, meticulous and detail-oriented

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong research skills

Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Proven experience as a copy editor or copywriter or related role and/or BSc/BA in marketing, English, journalism or related field

Nice-to-haves

Experience in direct response marketing

Knowledge of SEO best practices

Knowledge of online content strategy and creation

Able to merge creativity, humor and nuance with effective copywriting
