Vice President, Global Collateral Operations

**Your background**
- Project management experience, demonstrated through successful delivery of Operations related projects
- Knowledge of Global Markets businesses and products (Exchange Traded Derivatives, OTC Derivatives, Fixed Income, Prime Brokerage)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex information into messages targeted to various levels of stakeholders
- Demonstrate negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong risk awareness and ability to challenge the status quo and drive change by developing practical solutions to complex challenges
- Able to work well in collaborative team environment, self-motivated and results oriented with limited direction and supervision
- Possess time management skills and able to manage multiple competing/concurrent activities
- Proficient in creating Power Point presentation decks, Excel, Word
- Experience in managing regulatory change and requests is an advantage
- Knowledge of Collateral Operations margining process is an advantage

**What you can expect**

Global Collateral Operations (GCO) provide collateral management support mitigating counterparty credit risk for the Bank and as well as counterparties through the exchange of financial assets.

The role will help drive the successful implementation of regulatory and / or non-regulatory initiatives for Global Collateral Operations. The project manager is to work on both global and regional initiatives where some may involve cross-location and a wide set of internal and external stakeholder engagements such as Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Financial Market Utilities (FMU’s) such as Clearing Counterparties and vendors.

Depending on the specific demands, the project manager may either leads an entire project/remediation, or supports one or multiple work streams / functions as part of a bigger initiative. It is likely that the project manager will work on several projects and/or regulatory changes and requests concurrently.

**What you will do**
- Define and agree project deliverables, manage the end to end delivery
- Manage project plan / activities relating to project deliverables
- Liaise and coordinate with other LOBs representatives to drive progress and achieve intended outcomes
- Report on project status, progress, upcoming activities, risks/dependencies to relevant stakeholders on periodic basis
- Escalate issues in line with agreed procedures
- Lead responses from GCO management for regulatory changes and requests, ensure global consistency in responses in alignment with previous requests
