Administrative Officer

As an Administrative Officer, you will provide administrative support to the operational departments, ensuring smooth delivery of service to customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement, administration and maintenance of office/operational supplies & assets to ensure timely delivery of purchases, including verification of invoices for the issuance of payments
- Data entry & back-end operational support to facilitate a productive work environment
- General office administration such as but not limited to overseeing cleaning activities, managing calls/mail, hosting visitors
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- ‘O’ Level, Higher Nitec or equivalent
- Proven experience in an Administrative Officer and/or Procurement capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able work in a small team with effective communication skills
- Proactive, keen attitude, diligent, resourceful, and strong problem-solving skills
