Singapore Straits Financial Full time

Headquartered in Singapore with presence in the United States and Indonesia, Straits Financial serves as the financial services arm of the CWT Group, a global leading provider of integrated logistics and financial services. We provide a fully-integrated service for our clients to access the financial and commodity derivative markets and will continue to expand into key financial and commodity markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Indonesian and/or Singapore market, targeting retail, corporate and Accredited Individual (AI) clients.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients, including Financial Institutions and Accredited Investors.
- Promote our Derivatives products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, outlining achievements, pipeline, and strategies for growth.
- Provide feedback on client needs and market insights to guide product development and business strategy.

**Requirements**:
You should possess the following:

- At least 3 years proven track record in sales, preferably in Derivatives or financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of Derivatives markets and instruments.
- Strong network within the Indonesian and/or Singapore market, particularly among retail, corporate, and Accredited Individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Preferred requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with Financial Institutions or High Net Worth Individuals.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for financial trading in Indonesia and/or Singapore.
