Our client is a prominent real estate group with a strong regional presence and a diversified portfolio across multiple asset classes.

They are currently looking to appoint a seasoned Finance Director to to oversee account consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting, while supporting intercompany reconciliations, tax submissions, and audits across the Group.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the finance team to ensure efficient daily operations and timely month-end closing.
- Oversee full spectrum of group finance functions, including consolidation of accounts, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage the preparation and submission of SGX reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Create and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee preparation of tax filings, including GST and corporate income tax returns.Ensure all financial reports comply with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a degree in Accountancy, with CA/CPA qualification
- Minimum 15 years of finance leadership experience including SGX reporting and group consolidation within Global MNCs and Big 4 audit firms.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a detail-oriented and independent approach.- EA License: 16S8131 _
