The Role
- Implement and test service now upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring mínimal impact and downtime.
- Develop and maintain service now customizations and integrations using service now scripting tools, APIs, and web services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot service now performance and availability issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support and training to service now users and stakeholders, resolving incidents and requests, and escalating issues as needed.
- Document and maintain service now configuration, processes, and best practices, following ITIL and change management standards.
- Analyze and evaluate service now functionality and features, recommending improvements and optimizations.
- Collaborate with the IT service management team and the business process owners to understand and translate business requirements into service now solutions.

Who You Are
You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a service now system administrator, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Certified service now system administrator or higher.
- Proficient in service now scripting tools, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Jelly.
- Experience in service now integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
- Experience in service now upgrades, patches, and enhancements, following best practices and testing methodologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with diverse stakeholders.
- Based in Singapore.
