**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Create informative content, press releases, articles and media opportunities for the SNPC and Team Singapore athletes who are competing at Major Games.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to build brand awareness and expand the visibility of the organisation.
- Plan and execute the design, content and production of all marketing materials and publications.
- Manage media and influencers contacts, identify editorial and speaking opportunities, develop press materials to secure media coverage, and support corporate events, media interviews and media engagements.
- To manage SNPC’s social media channels and website and to respond to communications-related issues in a timely manner.
- Use data analytics, and social media listening tools to stay on top of trends, measure performance, and gauge the effectiveness of our communications strategy to allow continuous improvement.
- Develop a system to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the SNPC’s communications and engagements and recommend timely refinements, where required.
- Steward internal communication within the organisation and manage staff engagement programmes and relevant internal communications initiatives.
- Propose new ideas to improve the engagement of the para community through the introduction of new and engaging ways of communicating with the community/target audience on our platforms, including the use of videos and social media apps.
- Outreach to key stakeholders, volunteers & public, relationship engagement & management; initiation and organisation of engagement activities/programs to promote SNPC & para sport movement in SG

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Marketing or any other relevant field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in communications, fundraising or marketing.
- Good social media skills.
- Self-driven, analytical and creative, with excellent time management skills
- Demonstrate integrity, accountability and a results-driven work style.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit excellent knowledge of the news cycle and the press. Must be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Dynamic and passionate about making an impact on our athletes’ sporting careers, and on the perceptions of disability sports by the general public.
