**Responsibilities**
- To drive and achieve growth and sales targets, which include client and AUM acquisition, set for both internal sales channels and external partnerships across the region.
- To baseline, measure and improve UOBAM’s in-app/platform/partner sales journey and marketing strategy against competitors in the digital advisory and investment space.
- Work closely with marketing & communications, product, sales and platform team to identify, prioritise and execute on growth initiatives.
- Testing and optimising marketing and sales campaigns to improve on their effectiveness

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognized university degree with at least 5 years of experience working in a growth or performance marketing role.
- Proven track record, had executed strategies with scale and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, data driven environment
- Strong analytical skills, be able to think creatively and have a deep understanding of marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong sense of ownership and implementation skills.
- Good comand of English and content creation and moderation capability
- Able to communicate professionally with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
