**12 months contract - Wealth Planning Support**

**Up to $6800**

**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Support Wealth Planning advisors and Relationship Managers in relation to the insurance referral process
- Coordinate the review of new product launches from a wealth planning perspective by working with other internal stakeholders
- Coordinate the supervision of approved insurance brokers with regard to the referral process
- Serve as the gatekeeper to all approved insurance brokers, consolidate feedback from Wealth planning advisors and Relationship Managers in relation to specific working processes and/or specific insurance consultants
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of insurance referral flow numbers.
- Ensure timely reporting of client cases and progress update on viewpoint in accordance wealth planning policies and procedures
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all wealth planning reports

**_ Requirements:_**
- Possess Degree and professional qualifications (STEP)
- Resourceful and take initiative to resolve issues
- Adequate technical credentials (legal/tax)
- Analytical, proactive, creative, service-oriented and entrepreneurial
